Kevin Olver
is a coach and trainer,
supporting individuals
and organisations to live and work
together with greater
awareness, effectiveness and fulfillment.
Kevin began his working life as a psychologist at Plymouth University, UK. He headed up a research project for the Ministry
of Defence on interpersonal perception in the workplace as well as lecturing to psychology
undergraduates and business students. From 1989,
he was based
in
Sydney
in
full-time private practice. As well as senior
managers, he has coached individuals from all walks of life.
Kevin has facilitated team development for diverse organizations. He has been a guest presenter for the
Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Association for
Psychological Type and various other groups.
Recent UK clients include The Ministry of Justice, Accenture and Ben
Whistler Ltd.
Kevin
brings
many years of experience
as well as a deep understanding of human dynamics. He
is a fully accredited Myers-Briggs Administrator and Management Team Roles
Trainer. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation and the
British Association for Psychological Type.
