The Approach
The approach is both change-oriented and growth-oriented. Working from presence is at the core of this approach, running side by side with a solution focus. Presence involves the ability to be centred and is supported by awareness.  When you are fully present, you see clearly
what is happening around you, you listen with full attention and feel what is happening inside of you. Far more than learning just another set of techniques, there can be a shift in consciousness.  Rather than being pulled off centre by your mind, you have access to your greater intelligence.  You can take responsibility (which is liberating) and take more effective action.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is one of the tools used for deeper understanding of yourself and others.  It is an indicator of preferences, not a test. Other personality tools that may be used are the Temperaments and the Enneagram.
